Sooper Records, LLC deals in the arts, and it takes intellectual property protection very seriously. We take steps to assure that the content we are using is all our own, or has otherwise been authorized by the owner(s) and rights holder(s) of said content. Sooper Records, LLC has established this website to promote its artists, conduct its business, and spread musical culture in a positive way for the community. For the protection of all users, Sooper Records, LLC reserves the right to monitor, supervise, and delete content that is posted to its website and affiliated webpages, if any. Sooper Records, LLC will not tolerate hate speech of any kind, and any such remarks will be removed immediately. Sooper Records, LLC will also investigate any complaints in this regard, and take action consistent with this policy. You will remain personally responsible for your posts and comments. Please be honest, enjoy the site, and be who you are. Please to do not make any misrepresentations or impersonate any other person or entity.

5. Returns.

Once a product is purchased, it may not be returned. There are no refunds. If a product arrives and is defective or broken, you are required to let us know within 3 days of your purchase (if the product is a purely digital format) or within three days of delivery (if your purchase contained tangible objects). Please direct any issues in this regard to info@sooper.com. We are happily work with you to replace any defective, damaged, or broken products as soon as possible. While we strive to provide the best and most professional services possible, please understand that sometimes things happen which are beyond our control.

6. Delivery of Digital Downloads.

Sooper Records partners with Limited Run for the delivery of digital downloads on its website. Please be aware that there may be a slight delay between the time of your transaction and the delivery of the digital files to your computer. Please contact info@sooperrecords.com for any issues related to your digital download.

Further, the digital download may be delivered as a zip file to your e-mail address. Please be aware that zip files may not be compatible with your mobile device. If you would like to listen to the music on your mobile devices, please navigate to the page associated with the record and utilize the playlist.

7. Licensing of Music.

Your purchase or download of music from this site does not vest any intellectual property rights with respect to that media that is not allowable by law.

8. Indemnification.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Sooper Records, LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Website.

Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to the Terms of Use or your use of the Website must be brought in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Delivery of Physical Items.

If you purchased a physical item, please note that we attempt to ship said items within 5 business days of the completed transaction via the United States Postal Service. Domestic purchases will be shipped using US Media Mail (2 – 10 day delivery time per USPS) where possible, and all international purchases will be sent via First Class Package International Service.
